Hi and welcome to my website. My name is Sophie and I am a London-based Registered Nutritionist. I believe that food and physical activity are two of the most important and effective health interventions anyone can make. I have a huge passion for promoting a healthy lifestyle and want to help you implement just that to become the best version of yourself.


I have earned a first-class degree in Human Nutrition at Westminster University and am registered with the UK Association for Nutrition. My journey to nutrition started after having completed my first degree in finance and having spent six years in the City as an investment advisor and portfolio manager. Having had little time to dedicate to a healthy, balanced diet and physical activity, I experienced common lifestyle-induced symptoms, such as indigestion, bloating and weight gain. Consequently, I increasingly delved into the field of nutrition and developed an enormous passion for it. The logical next step was to change career path and pursue my second degree. During my nutrition degree, I also became a fully REPS-qualified personal trainer and have implemented tailored training programmes for a vast number of individuals with demanding targets, including pre-and post-natal exercise, core strength for endurance athletes and body transformation for all ages ranging from teenagers to 70+ years.


The area of nutrition is diverse and hardly ever black or white. With a constant overdose on information and ever-conflicting views and opinions in the public media, it can be difficult to maintain clarity about what a healthy diet should look like. I am looking forward to working with you and setting up a clear path to bring your health to the next level through diet and physical activity.
